(my healthcare and personal skincare routine)
🧞♂️ VITAMINS! it will definitely help your skin and your body. It will give you lots of energy and minerals that you might not get from the outside if you work from home !
🧞♂️ drink water, eat vegetables, fruits, and yogurt daily, and obviously take your vitamins !!
🧞♂️ hair skin and nails, fish oil, vitamin c, and vitamin d are some i take daily! now i know that fish oil is very disgusting, but trust me it really works!
🧞♂️TEA OVER COFFEE, i love coffee sadly but sometimes tea might be good for your system in the morning and you might have coffee maybe in the afternoon but don't overcoffee it 😉
- i would suggest if you ever wanna try different tea flavours here are some of my favs! --> green tea, hibiscus, peppermint, and chrysanthemum tea with a little honey.
SKIN
🧞♂️ when it comes to my personal skincare i love to change it up while keeping my products on the more simple and clean side ! so fragrance free, cruelty free, etc ! these are some of what i currently use on my face.

SUMMER ROUTINE
🧞♂️ now for summer, i have a totally different skincare routine
for my sunscreen i'll either use neutrogena clear face spf 55 or supergoop play spf 50 !
they're really great !!! and for skin, i use the cetaphil sensitive skin because it really helps with my skin .
finding products that work well together and work amazing for your skin is a big part,
but so is how you treat your body on the inside ! and remember skincare results take time,
so do your routine every single day if you can !!!! - Bella
